Crypto Recovery Account Platform

The platform supports the receipt or identification of supported assets, transaction recording, verification, lawful-authority assessment, eligibility review, applicable legal and compliance assessment, security review, destination verification, authorization and final settlement.

A recorded or displayed asset is not automatically withdrawable. Before settlement, applicable VeriVault verification and eligibility requirements must be completed and the specific withdrawal request must receive the authorization required by the platform.

The Crypto Recovery Account Platform provides account infrastructure for the documented administration of qualifying digital assets after they have been recovered, retrieved, restored, released, mined, transferred or otherwise approved through a lawful process. It does not itself prove that an asset has been recovered, and a displayed record does not by itself establish blockchain ownership, custody or withdrawal availability.

Supported processes may identify or receive an asset, record relevant account and transaction information, review identity and supporting evidence, assess ownership or lawful authority, and evaluate the asset through the applicable VeriVault framework. Recovery is the act of locating, regaining or restoring an asset; platform administration is the separate work that follows, including recording, safeguarding coordination where applicable, verification, eligibility assessment, authorization and settlement administration.

VeriVault is the Crypto Recovery Account Platform’s structured verification, eligibility and withdrawal-authorization framework. It evaluates whether supported deposited or recorded assets have satisfied the identity, ownership or lawful-authority, transaction, provenance, security, destination, risk, legal and other applicable requirements necessary for withdrawal eligibility. Completion of verification does not automatically guarantee authorization. A specific withdrawal must receive the applicable VeriVault approval before settlement proceeds.

Applicable legal and eligibility review associated with withdrawal authorization is coordinated through the VeriVault review framework, together with the appropriately authorized legal, compliance, security, administrative or specialist reviewers assigned to the case. This internal review and authorization is not government or regulatory approval unless an identified authority has independently issued and substantiated that approval.

Security controls, authenticated access, server-side authorization, administrative review and auditable decisions support the process. Third-party networks, wallets, exchanges, infrastructure and service providers remain independent; compatibility or technical integration does not create a partnership, agency or endorsement. Applicable restrictions must have a genuine documented basis, and disputes or additional-information requests may be reviewed through the platform’s established support and escalation channels.

The platform uses accurate balance and status language to distinguish detected, pending, confirmed, recorded, safeguarded, under-review, restricted, eligible, authorized and settled amounts. Services that depend on a network, provider, jurisdiction or future implementation remain conditional and must not be interpreted as guaranteed availability.
